Terms & Conditions.

Before you proceed with an order, please read the Terms and Conditions below. Note that when you place an order, it confirms that you have accepted the terms and conditions of this web site.

Shipping.

Worldwide shipping.

Shipping rates, small parcel flat rates are added in the shopping cart depending on customers destination of choice.

All parcels are tracked. Please contact me before finalising an order if you require a destination not shown.

For a large order please contact me for a shipping quote.

Shipping charges for this site will be regularly reviewed and amended if required.

We favor the sending by Colissimo of the Post office, shipping departure France metropolitan.

Delivery

Parcels will be dispatched as soon as possible, the customer will be informed. Special orders and/or commissions, an estimated delivery time will be agreed with the customer at the time of the consultation.

Parcels will be tracked or international airmail depending on destination. Notification and estimated delivery time will be sent to the customer once the parcel has been dispatched, by the courrier company.

Additional Taxes.

All custom charges, taxes or import duties that may be payable are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return and Refund Policy

Any returns and refunds will be considered on an individual basis. Please contact me by email, katrina@flax-studio.com, before returning any item(s).

Please return all item(s), with their accessories if any and the item(s) original packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the item(s). I can not accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit, therefore I recommend you return items using a tracked service.

If a refund is agreed it will be based upon the original amount and payment method.

Faulty goods will be exchanged and the return postage refunded.

Retention of Right to Change.

I may, without prior notice, change the products or services, stop providing the service(s) or create limits for the service(s). I may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the service(s) without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

Intellectual Property Rights.

All and any Intellectual Property Rights in connection with the goods or service(s) provided shall be owned by me absolutely.
